Everything goes out tracked, and delivery is free across the UK with no minimum spend.
Getting your order out the door
Orders are picked and handed to the courier within 1 to 2 working days. We work Monday to Friday and do not dispatch on UK bank holidays, so an order placed late on a Friday leaves us early the following week.
How long it takes to arrive
Once the parcel is moving, expect it within 4 to 6 working days anywhere in the UK, the Scottish Highlands and the islands included. Ireland runs to the same 4 to 6 days. Europe is usually 6 to 8, and the rest of the world anywhere from 7 to 21 depending on customs at the other end.
These are the timings we see in practice rather than a promise. A busy period or a bad week of weather can stretch them.
What it costs
Nothing, within the UK. Delivery is included in the price you see at checkout, whether you order one cushion or a full set. Orders going outside the UK have the rate shown at checkout before you pay.
Following your parcel
The moment the courier scans your parcel we email you a tracking link. Tracking only updates when the parcel passes through a depot, so a quiet day or two in the middle of the journey is completely normal and not a sign that anything has gone wrong.
If nobody is in
The courier will either leave it somewhere safe, try a neighbour or leave a card explaining how to rearrange. Check the address on your order confirmation first if a parcel comes back to us. We cannot deliver to an address that was entered incorrectly at checkout, and redelivery to a corrected address may take a few extra days.
When things run late
Once a parcel is with the courier, its progress is out of our hands, and the same goes for weather, strikes and customs. What we can do is chase it. If your order has gone past the window above, email hello@honie.co.uk with your order number and we will open a case with the courier the same day.
Customs outside the UK
Orders shipped outside the UK may attract import duty or local tax on arrival. That is set by your own country and is payable by you, not included in what you paid us.
